Safety First? Apatu?

This is a very normal practise....Safety First? I beleive 'org kita' couldnt be bothered about that. 'Org kita' are more concern about senang, mudah and FREE!!

Dont deny it..m sure everybody agrees..

Bandaraya? On Hari Raya 1

Bandar/Pekan/pekan kecil/kota besar??? where are we living?? where are you living??
Me?? been in a number of town n city in the country n for now settled down here..given the title Bandaraya couple of years ago.....

So, what is our criteria of A Bandaraya??? Well...for those who recognise this city you dont have to wonder but may be we should ask ourselves how can we mend this scenario??

I was beyond surprise to witness this..oh come on, having a festive holiday is definately not an excuse to live in the junkyard..

I do not wish to join this but to change this..within my capacity..I m doing my best! start with my own home, my office n people close to me...I do not want this to be another reflection of Orang Kita...

"Kebersihan Asas Keimanan"
"Negara Bersih Rakyat Sihat"
or
"Budi Bahasa Budaya Kita"???? mmmm..are we living denial??

10 tahun lagi apa agaknya slogan2 kita akan pakai utk pujuk org kita buat sesuatu yang elok, yang sempurna dan yang sedap dipandang mata despite the fact that WE R NOT???

(Thinking)...let me start about what happen yesterday..

Our team went to this pedalaman area where located a govt low cost houses called transit house..yes, our unit in-charge of this scheme..what about this scheme? apa itu rumah transit? these people live here for the past 9 years they claim govt trick them by offering a transit house despite promise that they are permanent...

Its very interesting about our people...we hear what we want to hear..n we deny what we do not want to hear walaupun apa yg kita tak mau dengar itu is something so damn important involving our future, our live, our dignity...
Be my guest, u may puzzle about what I am trying to convey here...after all it is purely meant for us to analyse our people n ourselves...kita nak terus tertinggal dibelakang sebab kita MALAS nak ambil tahu sebab kita tak suka apa yg kitabakal tahu apabila kita ambil tahu ATAU kita ambil tahu, kita terima apa yg kita dapat tahu dan kita bertindak berdasarkan fakta yang diberitahu untuk kita dapatkan apa yang kita mahu...

9 tahun mereka ini diberi rumah transit oleh kerajaan, mereka telah terima tawaran dan mereka tandatangan Perjanjian Sewa harini mereka bangkit mengatakan 'govt trick them'.. rumah ini adalah rumah sewabeli tapi the best part is they cant produce the exact agreement saying that status as 'sewa beli'..hows that?
They claim since 5 years ago they fight for this and therefore they choose not to pay their monthly rental because of that status issue
fair enuf 5 years...or 9 years...what has been happening for such long period???
1) They (tenants) refuse to check what is stated in their agreement?
2) They actually have no idea where the kept the agreement?
3) My dept under former officer never seriously consider this issue to be brought up to higher authority??

so..its our duty now...doakanlah semoga Tuhan restu dan kami berjaya...
